Job Profile:   

The Sales Specialist (SS) is a member of a Strategic Business Unit (SBU) team whose overall mission is to focus on revenue growth through evangelism. The Sales Specialist role is focused on driving the revenues of a specific SBU at a branch level. The Sales Specialist owns the opportunity pipeline and sales execution strategies for the products and solutions that the SBU focuses on at a branch level.

The Sales Specialist role includes direct sales engagements with customers and involves cross group collaboration with principal vendors and internal resources including members of Product Manager, Branch Manager, Inside Sales and the principal vendor team. The SS needs to leverage the entire virtual team in their mission to accomplish the sales revenue target.
The Sales Specialist will receive air cover from the Product Manager heading the respective specialisation.

The Sales Specialists may progress to the role of Asst. Product Managers, Business Development Managers or Branch Managers on showing good performance.

Primary Job Functions:

  • This position involves working with named customers in the Engineering Services Space, understanding their requirements and positioning PTC solutions (Pro/ENGINEER, Windchill, Isodraw, etc) and services.
  • Ability to handle all sales, marketing and business development activities.
  • Experience of Sales Planning, Forecasting, Key Account Management.
  • Capable of devising custom strategies and plans for each Key Customer Account and executing the plan successfully.
  • Prospect and develop up-sell/cross-sell/new business opportunities in the Key Customer Account.
  • Maintain a consistent and accurate account and sales lead pipeline.


Principal qualifications:

  1. BE in Mechnical or Production.
  2. Good Communication Skills.
  3. Minimum 4 years of exprience

The Pre-Sales Specialist (SS) is a member of a Strategic Business Unit (SBU) team whose overall mission is to focus on revenue growth through evangelism. The Sales Specialist role is focused on driving the revenues of a specific SBU at a branch level. The Pre-Sales Specialist progresses validated PLM/ PDM opportunities through Value Proposition development, Competitive Positioning and Solution Demonstration.

The Pre-Sales Specialist also needs to provide assistance with customer RFQ/RFP/RFI Responses and leading Validation Events (Benchmarks, Proof of Concepts, Workshops etc.)

The Pre-Sales Specialist may progress to the role of Regional Lead – Pre Sales on showing good performance.

Primary Job Functions:
 

  • This position involves working on qualified opportunities generated by the sales team in the Engineering Services Space, understanding customer pains and requirements, and positioning PTC solutions (Pro/ENGINEER, Windchill, Isodraw, etc) and services.

Job Profile:

A Pre Sales Security Specialist is a member of a Branch sales team whose overall mission is to focus on revenue growth through evangelism of IT Security solutions. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 3 to 5 years in a similar position selling IT Security solution in the space of data security and network security. Data security includes backup and DR solution. Network security includes firewalls, intrusion detection and prevention, vulnerability assessment, antivirus and Antispam, content filtering, etc.

Adequate exposure to IT Security domain is absolutely essential. The Pre Sales Security Specialist may progress to the role of Asst. Product Manager, Business Development Manager or Product Manager on showing good performance.

Primary Job Functions:
 

  • Work both independently and as a vital member of the branch team in handling large and mid-size enterprises.
  • Participate in sales and business development efforts by articulating the technology value of security products; prospect visits, do product demonstrations in person, and work with prospects at both a technical and business level to show how Softcell’s Security solutions can provide value to them.
  • Build credibility with customers about Softcell as their trusted IT partner. Understand and articulate Softcell’s value proposition of Security solutions to customers.
  • Ensure successful onsite product evaluations and proof-of-concept.
  • Engage with principal vendors (either directly or through peers) during the sales cycle.
  • Support internal demo systems and continuously improve technical environment to highlight solution features and functions to customers.
  • Create library of responses and answers for RFPs, RFIs, and customer emails.
  • Continually keeping up-to-date on industry trends and IT Security related products technologies.
  • Build a base of reference accounts / case studies for future sales.

Job Profile:
The Inside Sales Specialist is the primary point of contact for customers at Softcell. He/She will be responsible for a particular geographical area or list of accounts in the city and carries a sales target. He/She will always be based in our office. The Inside Sales Specialist will also coordinate with the various Teams in Softcell and ensure customer needs are met in a timely & accurate manner.

Key responsibilities of this function include the following:
