    Softcell Technologies is pleased to announce that it is now an authorized partner under the Symantec TAPP (Technical Assistance Partner Program) covering their End Point Protection and Backup Exec Software solutions.    
         
    Under the TAPP program, Symantec only accepts partners who  meet the several requirements including having a minimum number of trained technical engineers on the solutions covered under the program,  and who have have a TAC (Technical Assistance Call Centre) operational during business hours with case tracking/escalation systems, an inhouse technical laboratory etc. Softcell was able to meet all these requirements with resources at all its branches across India.    
         
    "We now have access to Enhanced Technical Support from Symantec; We have Direct access to the Advanced Support Teams for BE and Security Products, and also we can escalate our problem cases to the Technical Support Partner Manager as well"  said Mr. Sameer Panadare, Product Manager (Technology) at Softcell. "In additon, we now have access to value added content such as  Advanced troubleshooting, Technical webcasts, Engineering and Partner Management Transfer of Information (TOI) Calls. All of this translates to better and faster support to our customers who rely on us for their Antivirus and Backup Needs".
